Posters created to advertise events at Northern Virginia Community College

The primary audience for this kind of work was the students at the NOVA Alexandria campus. I decided to utilize high contrast color combinations and illustration to emphasis the purpose of the event because that was what caught my attention when I walked through campus.

I worked on many of these kinds of projects during my time with NOVA Studio. Participating in critiques and discussions with my peers gave me my first opportunity to work with other designers for real clients. It was an invaluable experience that taught me about collaboration and time management.
